Authors are welcome to apply for oral and poster presentations, as well as exhibits. Abstracts can be written in English or in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish.
Oral presentations
Each thematic session will discuss challenges and solutions for adaptation in the Nordic region.
Thematic sessions
An abstract for oral presentation should contain the following:
Indication what theme the oral presentation contributes to. Please explain the contribution your presentation makes towards this theme.
Name(s), Affiliation(s), Postal address, and e-mail address.
An outline of your presentation, clearly indicating the challenges and solutions you will be discussing (approximately 400 words).
Please submit your abstract as a Word file to nordicadaptation@smhi.se, latest April 5.
Once you submit your abstract you will receive an email confirming that it has been received.
The oral presentation abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee and the convener(s) of the session. Selection will be based on the abstract’s quality and relevance for the Nordic region, and with the aim to create a coherent session together with other contributions. Abstracts that are not selected may instead be presented as posters.
All contributors to the thematic sessions will be contacted by the session conveners to agree on the length and specific content of the presentation.
